The modified bridge of Mothership Zeta
This is my latest Fallout 3 modding project. I loved playing the new “Mothership Zeta” downloadable content – such a shame that it is the last “official” downloadable contents that will be released. However the Fallout 3 modding community is a very active one and there are many mods available, both large and small. Currently my mods are available over at Fallout 3 Nexus.
The latest release of my “Mothership Zeta” mod can be found here:
The picture above is the mod of the bridge section. In it you will find a new officers quarters, officers mess, storage area, kitchen, ready room, two bathrooms, and two vendors – including Bob the out of work alien vendor (seen below).
This is where I will post the updates to my mods and any discussion I may have about their progress. Currently I am modding Fallout 3 by Bethesda. For those of you who may not know about modding, as it implies, it is simply the process of players modifying a stand alone pc game – in this case Fallout 3. Bethesda published a tool for doing this calleds “G.E.C.K.” which stands for Garden of Eden Creation Kit. The basics of the tool are not that difficult to master, however more in depths uses take some time. I am learning more about the process every day.
My current project is a mod of the latest downloadable content by Bethesda called “Mothership Zeta”.
